Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Flik. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Flik planner application, related websites, and connected features offered by Flik. By creating an account or using Flik, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Flik. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or are used in a harmful, illegal, or abusive way.

2. Access to Flik

Flik currently provides its core planner experience, including planning and organization tools, without a subscription fee. No monthly price is required to access the current core planner.

Some features may be limited, changed, paused, or introduced over time. If Flik offers optional paid services, add-ons, or premium experiences in the future, those terms will be presented clearly at the time they are offered.

3. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content you create in Flik, including notes, tasks, calendar entries, journal content, goals, budgets, uploaded files, and other personal planning data.

You give Flik a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, back up, and display your content only as needed to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content you upload or share.

4. Community and Sharing Features

Some Flik features may allow profile sharing, messaging, or community participation. If you choose to use public or shared features, you are responsible for what you post and how you interact with others.

Harassment, abuse, impersonation, spam, or other harmful conduct is not allowed and may result in content removal, account restrictions, or account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Flik for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the application or its code
• Upload malware, harmful files, or abusive content
• Scrape, automate, or extract data from Flik without permission

6. Third-Party Services

Flik may connect with third-party tools such as email providers, social platforms, calendars, storage services, or authentication providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Flik is not responsible for outages, changes, or security incidents that originate with third-party providers.

7. Wellness, Financial, and AI Disclaimers

Wellness, cycle tracking, habit, fitness, budget, and AI-assisted features are provided for planning, productivity, and informational use only. They are not medical, mental health, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions and for making your own decisions about health, finance, work, and personal planning.

8. Availability and Liability

Flik is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flik is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost opportunities resulting from your use of the service.

You should maintain your own backups of important information.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or the platform.

You may stop using Flik at any time. If account deletion tools are available, you may use them to request deletion of your account and associated content, subject to technical backup retention and legal obligations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice inside the app or by email. Continued use of Flik after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
