Welcome to FLICK! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FLICK daily planner application ("App", "Service", or "FLICK"). By creating an account and using FLICK, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Account Creation and User Responsibilities

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use FLICK. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 16, we reserve the right to immediately terminate their account.

1.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account suspension or termination.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password) and all activities that occur under your account. FLICK will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

1.4 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Spam, harass, threaten, or abuse other users through chat or any App features
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to collect information from the App without permission

2. Intellectual Property Rights

FLICK and all its components, including software code, UI design, logos, trademarks, and brand assets, are the exclusive property of FLICK and its licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FLICK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal planning and productivity purposes only.

3. User-Generated Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and input into FLICK, including journal entries, financial tracking data, custom routines, and task lists. By using FLICK, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Community Features: By participating in public accountability groups, challenges, or by publishing shared routines, you consent to the display of your profile name, streaks, and related progress to other FLICK users.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

FLICK offers multiple subscription tiers to suit your needs:

• Basic Access (Free): Includes basic planner functionality and limited AI usage (5-10 actions/day).
• Pro Access ($12.99/month): Includes full planner access, limited AI usage (10-20 actions/day), smart scheduling, and cross-device sync.
• AI+ Premier ($19.99/month or $180.99/year): Includes everything in Pro, unlimited AI Assistant access, and all future features included.

Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial for new users. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account Management settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period or free trial. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4.1 Referral Rewards Program

FLICK offers a referral program exclusively for users on the AI+ Premier yearly subscription. If you refer a friend who successfully subscribes to a paid FLICK plan, you will receive one (1) month free added to your current yearly subscription. The referred friend will receive a 5% discount on their subscription for their first year. This offer is contingent upon the referred friend maintaining an active paid subscription.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

FLICK IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

5.1 Health & Burnout Disclaimers

Features for tracking menstrual cycles, fitness, wellness data, and "Smart Burnout Detection" are for informational and personal planning purposes only and ARE NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. FLICK is not a diagnostic tool. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

5.2 Financial Disclaimers

The Revenue Tracker and financial goal features are provided for personal organization and basic business tracking. They do not constitute accounting, tax, or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated financial predictions.

5.3 AI & Autopilot Disclaimers

AI-generated schedules, Decision Assistant recommendations, and Life Autopilot plans are automated suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated actions. FLICK shall not be liable for missed meetings, failed goals, or business outcomes resulting from reliance on AI features.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

6. Third-Party Integrations

FLICK integrates with various third-party platforms to enhance your planning experience. By connecting these services, you authorize FLICK to access and sync data from these platforms on your behalf. Each integration is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policies.

• FLICK is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or security of third-party services
• You must comply with each third-party platform's terms of service and privacy policies
• You are responsible for managing your authentication credentials for all connected services
• FLICK may temporarily suspend integrations for maintenance or if a third-party service becomes unavailable
• Data synced from third-party platforms is subject to those platforms' data handling practices
• You can disconnect any integration at any time through your FLICK account settings

While FLICK strives to accurately sync data from integrated platforms, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of imported data. You should verify important information from the original source.
